Shipping

All orders placed on my website will be packed and shipped within 5 days. You will likely receive your order within 1-2 weeks.

Shipping ceramics is always a tedious task. I make sure those babies are packed super snugly and safely, using all recyclable or recycled materials. Please make sure to double check that your shipping address has been entered correctly upon checkout!

Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the couriers. If your package is lost/delayed/stolen, please reach out to your local post office directly with any concerns. If you receive your item with unexpected cracks or shattering to your piece due to shipping, please reach out via email with a photograph of the broken item within 7 days and I will make you a new one! You can expect up to an 8 week timeline to make a new piece. 

Replacements cannot be issued unless I receive photos of the damaged item in the box exactly how it looked when you opened it for insurance purposes. Do not dispose of the item until a damage claim with USPS can be filed AND approved.

I offer an option in checkout to opt in for signature confirmation, if the required fee for this service is not paid within 5 days of request, it will be sent without signature confirmation. With or without signature confirmation Sugarmilk Studios is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Returns

Sugarmilk Studios does not offer returns or cancellations with the exception of shipping damages. Please be sure to read through product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

Because of the nature of these handmade goods, each piece is unique and may have quirks simply due to the fact that they are made by hands. Each piece is carefully constructed and made with love, I hope you fall in love with them just as I have.
